"Owen Wilson" and his sibling, "Scarlett Johannson" were 3 weeks old when they were found next to a Dumpster in Sherwood, Oregon. They were thin, very hungry and suffered from an Upper Respiratory Infection. . . but with TLC from their Foster Family, they were soon on their way to being healthy and ready to meet their new family.
