Mama cat (#4727 Audrey Hepburn) was wandering around in rural Washington, just north of Vancouver, for weeks before the foster mom rescued her. She was pregnant. She had her four babies in a clean and safe environment. They have had lots of socialization and healthy food. (The foster mom later adopted the mama cat.)
